Redesign of KPN Apps (Mobile & Tablet).
Drivers and constrains of the project.
Target group: Generation Y is the target. Business Model: The new product will be freemium service, with the goal of converting users into subscribers. Model Structure: The user will be embark on a journey organized in three phases: Discover, Organize, Watch.
Project Phases: Discover, Describe, Design, Develop and Release.
I started to work on this project in the Design Phase, so my main focus was the Visual Design of the final screens, the delivery of assets and full product guidelines for KPN and developers.
